Kevin Millonzi is the owner and president of Millonzi Fine Catering and Millonzi’s Bar and Grille, both located in West Warwick, RI. He has been active in the RI food scene for the past twenty years. As a Johnson and Wales graduate (’98), Kevin started his career as the sous chef, and then executive chef, of Atomic Catering and Atomic Grille in Providence RI. After becoming a partner of Atomic Catering he ran the operation for three years. Under his stewardship, Atomic Catering flourished. It provided catering services to numerous private and public entities in RI, for events small and large (including events hosting three different U.S. Presidents). It also administered the Meals on Wheels contract for the state of RI.
He started Milllonzi Fine Catering in 2011, and opened Millonzi’s Bar and Grille that same year. He has grown the both businesses substantially since that time. He regularly caters for universities, local businesses and individuals, and his company continues to successfully compete for high profile jobs. Millonzi Fine Catering currently is the exclusive food service provider for the Galilee Beach Club Association, a private club and banquet facility in Narraganset, RI.
As a chef, Kevin is intensely focused on his craft and has received many culinary awards. He has a passion for great food and hospitality and a strong work ethic. He constantly strives to provide a quality dining experience for a reasonable price. As a small business owner, Kevin values his customers and the communities he serves. He regularly sponsors or participates in charitable events and seizes on every opportunity to give back. Kevin also has been an active participant in several local and industry-specific organizations, including the Central RI Chamber of Commerce, Arctic Village Association, and the American Dairy Association Cheese Advisory Panel.
